Explain what happened
Tell us where you are and what happened. You can call or message us without a photo; if you have one, it can help us assess the lock.

Keys locked inside your home in Torrevieja?
If the door has shut and the keys are inside, tell us whether it was also locked and whether a key is left in the inside cylinder. Those details help us understand why you cannot get in.
Optional photo
A photo of the cylinder and protective fitting helps us assess the locking system before travelling.
Agree the conditions
Time of day, travel, complexity, any parts and installation are explained before you accept the work.
Before requesting an opening
If a trusted person has a spare key, check whether that provides a safe alternative. Some cylinders cannot be operated from outside while a key remains inside.
Do not force your spare key if it will not turn. Tell us whether there is also a communal entrance or gate between you and the front door.
Prepare the call-out
Send your location and, if you can, a clear photo of the cylinder and protective fitting. Explain where the keys are and what happened when the door shut.
We assess whether an opening is needed and explain the conditions before travelling. A cylinder replacement is a separate decision, not an automatic part of every call-out.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Before requesting help
Why does my spare key not work?
A key left inside can prevent some cylinders from operating from the outside. Other faults can cause similar symptoms; do not force it.
Does this always require a new cylinder?
No. The appropriate solution depends on the cylinder and its condition. We explain any recommended replacement before fitting.
Can I climb in through a window?
Do not put yourself at risk by climbing or using unsafe access routes. If someone is in immediate danger, contact the emergency services.
Can I pay by card or with my phone?
You can pay for the service by contactless credit or debit card, cash, Bizum, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Samsung Pay.
